What is your process for managing my brand's marketing campaigns?

Every new client we partner with is at a different stage of growth. We assess historical performance across all of your active and inactive ad channels, gaps in your current efforts, and identify areas for improvement. Once this audit is complete, we will propose a cohesive strategy designed to deliver results as quickly as possible.

How much should I expect to invest?

Once we've completed your account audit (2-3 business days), we will recommend a monthly budget based on your current site traffic, low-hanging fruit opportunities, as well as a testing budget needed to drive new user acquisition. We strongly suggest a minimum monthly budget of anywhere between $3,000-$5,000, sustained for three months.

How will I know if your proposed strategy is working?

At Click Digital, our primary goal is to deliver results. But we also educate you and your team on what to look for when assessing campaign data on your own. We also provide every client with a real-time dashboard covering KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for all active ad channels. You can also select specific date ranges and compare them to any other date or date range in the past.

What kinds of businesses do you work with?

We have experience in Brand Awareness, eCommerce, and LeadGen. We've worked with multi-national corporations, well-funded startups, local brick and mortar businesses, and everything in between.

What do your services cover?

Strategy design, campaign deployment, ongoing management and optimization, as well as real-time reporting.

Do you offer SEO, Email Marketing, or Graphic design as a service?

SEO? The short answer is no. Although we do understand SEO, it is not part of our active list of services. However, we will be sure to relay any quick fixes to you and your team and point out areas for improvement.

NOTE: SEO is not to be confused with SEM, which we do offer as a core service. If you are unfamiliar with the difference between these two, SEO revolves around content and link building and ranking your business with the organic results of a SERP (Search Engine Results Page). SEM, or Search Engine Marketing, is the practice of marketing a business using paid advertisements and is based on a pay-per-click model.

Email Marketing? The short answer is no. We have, however, worked extensively with clients on aligning paid acquisition campaigns with email marketing funnels created on email marketing service providers such as MailChimp and Klaviyo.

Graphic design? It depends. Depending on our level of engagement, we may include this as part of our monthly service. More often than not, the clients we partner with already work with a graphic design team. In this case, we work closely with this team to ensure we have what we need to conduct the testing strategy we are proposing.
